Terms of Service
These terms outline the basic rules for using TokTools and its TikTok transcript tools.
Use of the service
TokTools is designed for transcript research, creator workflows, and short-form script analysis. You may only submit public TikTok URLs that you are allowed to access.
No affiliation
TokTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use transcript output, including compliance with platform rules, copyright, privacy, and applicable laws.
Billing
Paid features, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or inside your account. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and your access to paid features may depend on successful payment authorization.
Refund policy
If you believe you were charged in error, cannot access a paid feature after purchase, or have another billing issue, contact support@tiktoklist.com with your account email and payment details. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds where required by law, where duplicate or mistaken charges occurred, or where the service was unavailable due to an issue within our control. We generally do not provide refunds for used subscription periods, unused credits, user error, violation of these terms, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TokTools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that transcript extraction, AI analysis, exports, integrations, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or claims arising from your use of transcript outputs, third-party platforms, or payment providers.
User violations and termination
You may not misuse the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with the platform, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, resell access without permission, or use TokTools in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules. If we believe you have violated these terms, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your account, remove access to generated results, refuse refunds, block future use, or take other reasonable steps to protect the service and other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
