Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TokTools handles information related to accounts, transcript jobs, billing, and support.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, submitted public TikTok URLs, transcript job metadata, billing status, and technical information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide transcript generation, analyze product performance, prevent abuse, process billing, and respond to support requests.
Transcript privacy
Transcript result pages are private and noindex by default unless a public publishing workflow is explicitly added.
Data storage and security
We store account, transcript job, billing status, and operational data using trusted infrastructure providers. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, such as encrypted connections, provider-managed encryption where available, access controls, limited internal access, logging, and separation of production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Third-party services
TokTools may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, and transcription providers to operate the product.
Your data rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account or personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact support@tiktoklist.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain limited records where required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
